By placing an order with Kenia Zarina Floral Design, you agree to the following terms:

Orders & Availability

All products are subject to availability. Seasonal flowers, vessels, and goods may vary slightly from what is pictured based on seasonality and availability. We reserve the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style and quality.

Pickup Only

At this time, all orders are pickup only. We do not offer shipping or local delivery.

Pickup dates and hours vary by product and holiday. Please refer to individual product descriptions for specific pickup details.

Holiday & Seasonal Orders

Holiday offerings are available for pickup between 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, unless otherwise noted. Due to the nature of seasonal and holiday items, availability is limited and time-sensitive.

All Sales Final

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. This applies to all floral and retail items.

Missed Pickups

Orders not picked up during the designated pickup window may be forfeited without refund. Please contact us in advance if you anticipate an issue with pickup timing.

Care & Handling

Once an order has been picked up, Kenia Zarina Floral Design is not responsible for damage, deterioration, or improper care of flowers or goods.

Liability

Kenia Zarina Floral Design is not responsible for delays or issues caused by circumstances beyond our control, including weather, supply availability, or unforeseen circumstances.
